Articulated dump trucks work hardest on haul route gradients — loaded uphill, full throttle, all shift. The factory ECU map is tuned conservatively for global markets and to protect the drivetrain under the worst operator conditions. On a well-maintained UK site with consistent fuel quality, that means leaving performance on the table on every loaded uphill run.
An ADT remap calibrates the fuelling and torque delivery for the actual haul cycle — more torque available on the grade with a full load, better fuel efficiency on the flat haul sections, and improved throttle response under changing load conditions.
On large ADTs covering long haul routes, even a 10% fuel saving represents significant money across a quarry season or earthmoving project. We work with all major ADT manufacturers and can address Adblue, DPF, and EGR faults at the same site visit.

What ADT sizes do you cover?
From 20-tonne class (Volvo A25, Cat 730) through to the largest 60-tonne machines. All major Volvo, Cat, Bell, Doosan Moxy, and Terex ADT variants are within our capability.
How much fuel can an ADT save per year?
A 30-tonne ADT burning 18–22 litres per hour on a 10-hour shift uses 180–220 litres per day. A 10% saving is 18–22 litres per machine per day — multiply by the fleet size and the season length for the project saving.
Can you remap ADTs operating in quarries?
Yes — quarry ADTs are among the most common machines we remap. The combination of long haul routes, consistent loaded grades, and high annual hours makes the fuel saving highly significant.
Do you cover Volvo A25 through to A60?
Yes. The full Volvo A-series range — A25F through A60H — is within our capability. Volvo Penta and Volvo D-series engines all respond well to ECU remapping.
Can you fix Adblue faults on Bell ADTs?
Yes. Bell ADT Adblue (SCR) faults are common and can be addressed at the same site visit as the remap. Fleet pricing applies where multiple Bell machines are on the same site.
